Jen from Tamed Tiger Yoga and I are excited to be teaming up in the studio to offer these wonderful Yoga and Gong Immersion Evenings on the last Tuesday of each month. We will be combining sound healing with a restorative, calming yoga practice. Yoga practice on these evenings will be softening and gentle to the body - keeping it slow and mindful - accompanied by sound vibrations from Gongs and other instruments helping to release tension, encouraging the mind and body into a deep state of relaxation and inner balance.

This evening has been created to allow you to let go of daily stress, embody a deeper mind-body connection, along with stimulating your bodys internal systems for improved blood flow and a natural detox effect.

They’ll be homemade Vegan cake at the end too……Yum!
